Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (or spinach wraps)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer with spinach or greens, sliced chicken, avocado slices, and crispy bacon.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter option, use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas.
- Can substitute turkey bacon for a leaner version.
