Description

Fresh and flavorful wraps filled with grilled chicken, creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and pesto, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a delicious handheld meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or spinach wraps)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer with spinach or greens, sliced chicken, avocado slices, and crispy bacon.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  6. Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a lighter option, use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas.
  • Can substitute turkey bacon for a leaner version.
