Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple until evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using clean hands or plastic wrap.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or sliced fruit.
Notes
- Drain the pineapple very well to prevent a watery cheese ball.
