Description

Chewy chocolate chip cookie cups filled with mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, making the ultimate bite-sized treat for chocolate and peanut butter lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop about 1 tbsp of dough into each mini muffin cup.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
  9. Immediately press a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed slightly warm for a gooey center.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
