Description
Rich and indulgent shrimp and lobster ravioli served with a creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for a special dinner or date night meal.
Ingredients
- 1 package (9 oz) shrimp and lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in white wine (if using) and cook for 2–3 minutes until reduced.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat with sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan and parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra seafood flavor, add sautéed shrimp or lobster chunks into the sauce.
- Use half-and-half for a lighter version of the sauce.
- Pairs well with garlic bread and a crisp white wine.
