Description

A rich and indulgent homemade ice cream loaded with chunks of edible cookie dough, Snickers, and Reese’s for the ultimate sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade, egg-free)
  • 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy.
  3. During the last 5 minutes of churning, add in chunks of cookie dough, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s.
  4. Transfer ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Scoop and serve topped with extra candy pieces if desired.

Notes

  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, whip heavy cream, fold in sweetened condensed milk and flavorings, then mix in candy and cookie dough before freezing.
  • Use mini Snickers and Reese’s for easier mixing.
