- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add chopped roasted red peppers and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti into the Alfredo sauce, coating evenly.
- Top with sliced steak and garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.
- Allow steak to rest before slicing to retain its juices.
- You can substitute fettuccine or linguine for spaghetti if preferred.
