Ingredients
- 300g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 250g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp, season lightly, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
- Return steak and shrimp to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or vegetables.
Notes
- Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
- Use a hot pan to get a good sear on the steak.
- You can substitute ribeye for a richer flavor.
