Description

Juicy steak bites and succulent shrimp cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce—an irresistible savory surf-and-turf dish perfect for a quick yet indulgent meal.


Ingredients

  • 300g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 250g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp, season lightly, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
  7. Return steak and shrimp to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Cook for 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  9. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
  10. Serve immediately with rice, pasta, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Use a hot pan to get a good sear on the steak.
  • You can substitute ribeye for a richer flavor.
