Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)
Instructions
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
- In a bowl, toss chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt if using.
- Layer lettuce, carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, and cilantro on each tortilla.
- Top with sweet chili chicken.
- Fold in sides and roll up tightly to form wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.

- Use grilled chicken for a smoky flavor, or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
