A quick and flavorful wrap made with tender chicken, crisp veggies, and a sweet chili sauce for a perfect lunch or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)


Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spread mayonnaise or Greek yogurt if using.
  4. Layer lettuce, carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, and cilantro on each tortilla.
  5. Top with sweet chili chicken.
  6. Fold in sides and roll up tightly to form wraps.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
