Taco Ranch Bites are bite-sized, savory snacks made with seasoned beef, creamy ranch flavor, and melted cheese, baked until golden—perfect for parties, game days, or quick appetizers.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (halal)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional garnish: chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in ranch dressing and shredded cheeses.
- Place one piece of biscuit dough into each muffin cup.
- Spoon beef mixture evenly over the dough.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until dough is cooked and tops are golden.
- Cool slightly, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
