Description

White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers are juicy, flavorful patties made with lean ground chicken, sharp white cheddar cheese, and fresh spinach—perfect for a healthier burger option.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized burger patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve on buns, lettuce wraps, or over a salad as desired.
