Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas or broccoli
- 2 cups cooked rice or noodles
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, paprika, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Add bell peppers and snap peas (or broccoli) and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Drizzle with sesame oil if using and mix well.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
