Ingredients
- 32 frozen tater tots, thawed slightly
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced pickles
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and spray with cooking spray.
- Press 4 thawed tater tots into each muffin cup, forming a cone or cup shape up the sides.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Stir well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until flavors combine.
- Remove the tater tot cones from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
- Fill each cone with the beef mixture.
- Top with crumbled beef bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with diced pickles and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
