A fun and indulgent chocolate chip dessert pizza featuring a soft cookie-style crust topped with melted chocolate chips and a sweet glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pizza dough or homemade dough
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out pizza dough onto a baking tray or pizza pan.
- Brush melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon evenly over the surface.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top so they melt.
- Mix powdered sugar with heavy cream to create a glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over the warm pizza.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use mini chocolate chips for better distribution.
- Add nuts or marshmallows for extra texture.
- Best served warm while chocolate is melty.
