Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 8 slices halal beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the diced chicken and half of the beef bacon to the sauce, stirring until evenly coated.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the chicken.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheeses and beef bacon over the casserole.
- Return to the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and sliced green onions.
