Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon hot sauce

- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes to make the hot honey glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until nearly cooked through.
- Add butter to the skillet and spoon over the salmon.
- Pour the hot honey glaze over the salmon and cook for 1 minute until glossy and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Transfer salmon to a serving platter.
- Tear burrata into pieces and place over and around the salmon.
- Garnish with fresh basil and parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
