Ingredients
- 12 slider rolls, connected
- 1 lb lump crab meat, drained and picked over
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup hot honey, divided
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of hot honey.
- Mix gently until evenly combined.
- Spread the crab mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Drizzle the remaining hot honey over the sliders.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
