Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry and season with paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter in the same skillet.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for 1 minute until heated through.
- Stir in the fresh dill and parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
