Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced or pounded thin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
