Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are just cooked through, then remove from heat and cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine cooked shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, and parsley.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of shrimp filling in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic together and brush over each biscuit bomb.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Do not overfill the biscuits to prevent leaking.
