Ingredients
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 1 lb fully cooked halal beef meatballs (about 20-24)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions until they float. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and meatballs, gently tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes if desired for a golden cheese topping.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
