Description

Parmesan Ranch Meatball Gnocchi Bake is a hearty, cheesy casserole featuring tender potato gnocchi, juicy halal meatballs, a creamy Parmesan ranch sauce, and bubbling mozzarella cheese. This comforting one-pan dinner is perfect for busy weeknights and family meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 lb fully cooked halal beef meatballs (about 20-24)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the gnocchi according to the package directions until they float. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until fully melted.
  6. Add the cooked gnocchi and meatballs, gently tossing to coat in the sauce.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  10. Broil for 2-3 minutes if desired for a golden cheese topping.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Fresh or shelf-stable potato gnocchi both work well.
  • Homemade or frozen fully cooked halal meatballs can be used.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms for extra vegetables.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan creates the smoothest sauce.
  • Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 4 days.
