Description

Savory and bite-sized taco ranch snacks made with seasoned meat, melty cheese, and a creamy ranch twist, perfect for parties or quick appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 250g ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or mini muffin pan.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Cut each biscuit dough piece into halves or thirds and flatten slightly.
  5. Place dough pieces into muffin cups or baking dish to form small cups.
  6. Fill each with taco meat, a drizzle of ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  8. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes and green onions.
  9. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

  • Ground chicken or turkey can be used instead of beef.
  • Add jalapeños for extra spice.
  • Serve with extra ranch or salsa for dipping.
  • Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
