Description
Savory and bite-sized taco ranch snacks made with seasoned meat, melty cheese, and a creamy ranch twist, perfect for parties or quick appetizers.
Ingredients
- 250g ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish or mini muffin pan.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Cut each biscuit dough piece into halves or thirds and flatten slightly.
- Place dough pieces into muffin cups or baking dish to form small cups.
- Fill each with taco meat, a drizzle of ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes and green onions.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
- Ground chicken or turkey can be used instead of beef.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Serve with extra ranch or salsa for dipping.
- Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
