Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and granulated sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a 14×18-inch rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough.
- Mix brown sugar, espresso powder, and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 rolls.
- Arrange rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

- Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, beat mascarpone, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and espresso until smooth.
- Spread the glaze over warm rolls and dust lightly with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature mascarpone for the smoothest glaze.
- Do not overheat the milk or the yeast may not activate properly.
- Freshly brewed espresso provides the richest tiramisu flavor.
- Rolls can be prepared the night before and refrigerated before the second rise.
- Best enjoyed warm on the day they are baked.
