  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well to coat.

  7. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
